This study aimed to predict using regression models in the presence of outliers in the study data. The research delved into outliers, their detection, and model estimation through robust methods, represented by the M estimator and multilayer artificial neural networks. A comparison between these methods was conducted, and they were applied to real data representing a survey of private-sector power generators for 2021. Model evaluation was performed using Mean Squared Error (MSE) and the determination coefficient. This search investigated the prevalence of macrolide antibiotic resistance genes in local enterococcal isolates and its correlation with biofilm formation. We collected 112 clinical samples from the Medical City Hospital, dentists' clinics, and labs in Baghdad from October 2022 to March 2023, which included root canal samples from 50 patients and urine samples from 62 patients with urinary tract infections. An Indirect-Solar Assisted Heat Pump system was designed, built, instrumented and tested. Experimental tests were conducted by varying the controlling parameters to investigate their effects on the thermal performance of the IX-SAHP such as cooling water flow rate, heating water flow rate, ambient temperature and solar radiation intensity.
