Abstract: The marsh areas are spread over vast areas of the Iraqi alluvial plain and within areas of varying width among them. Opinions also differ about the origin of the formation and theories related to the formation of the marsh area and the successive political roles on it. Some specialists attribute it to irregularity in the river sediments of the Tigris and Euphrates rivers during their march towards the Gulf. Arab, and an opinion about the advancement of the waters of the Arabian Gulf towards the north before the borders of 4000 BC. The marsh areas are divided into three main regions (eastern - central and southern), and there are ancient marshes (the Susiana Marshes - the Chaldean Marshes and the Babylonian Marshes), and modern marshes. They are (Hawizeh Marshes - Central Marshes and Al-Himar Marshes), The problem of the study focuses on the lack of setting scientific plans and highlighting the practical geographical, social and engineering role played by the local and central government to ensure the continuity of reviving the marshes and overcoming the obstacles facing them to return them to their natural state that they enjoyed in past eras. The importance of this study lies in the availability of motivations and directions on the part of researchers and institutions. The government responsible for caring for the marsh areas as a center of vitality in the past and present of Iraq. This is what we will highlight in this academic study. Keywords: marshes, Tigris and Euphrates rivers, theory, strategic location, role, geopolitical, sustainability.

The development implied the mechanical equipment and the additive materials necessary to produce soap with the best specifications of shape, physical and chemical properties. Objectives: This research studies the use of vacuum reactive distillation VRD technique for soap production. Methods: Olein and Palmitin in the ratio of 3 to 1 were mixed in a flask with NaOH solution in stoichiometric amount under different vacuum pressures from -0.35 to -0.5 bar. Total conversion was reached by using the VRD technique. The soap produced by the VRD method was compared with soap prepared by the reaction - only method which

The rise of fascism, the advance of digital technology, and the erosion of the economic foundation of news media are disrupting journalism and mass communication (JMC) around the world. Combined with the increasingly globalized nature of journalism and media, these forces are posing extraordinary challenges to and opportunities for journalism and media education. This essay outlines 10 core principles to guide and reinvigorate international JMC education. We offer a concluding principle for JMC education as a foundation for the general education of college students.
Throughout this paper R represents commutative ring with identity and M is a unitary left R-module. The purpose of this paper is to investigate some new results (up to our knowledge) on the concept of weak essential submodules which introduced by Muna A. Ahmed, where a submodule N of an R-module M is called weak essential, if N ? P ? (0) for each nonzero semiprime submodule P of M. In this paper we rewrite this definition in another formula. Some new definitions are introduced and various properties of weak essential submodules are considered.

Many tools and techniques have been recently adopted to develop construction materials that are less harmful and friendlier to the environment. New products can be achieved through the recycling of waste material. Thus, this study aims to use recycled glass bottles as sustainable materials.
Our challenge is to use nano glass powder by the addition or replacement of the weight of the cement for producing concrete with enhanced strength.

Abstract Throughout this paper R represents commutative ring with identity and M is a unitary left R-module, the purpose of this paper is to study a new concept, (up to our knowledge), named St-closed submodules. It is stronger than the concept of closed submodules, where a submodule N of an R-module M is called St-closed (briefly N ≤Stc M) in M, if it has no proper semi-essential extensions in M, i.e if there exists a submodule K of M such that N is a semi-essential submodule of K then N = K. An ideal I of R is called St-closed if I is an St-closed R-submodule. Various properties of St-closed submodules are considered.
A study to find the optimum separators pressures of separation stations has been performed. Stage separation of oil and gas is accomplished with a series of separators operating at sequentially reduced pressures. Liquid is discharged from a higher-pressure separator into the lower-pressure separator. The set of working separator pressures that yields maximum recovery of liquid hydrocarbon from the well fluid is the optimum set of pressures, which is the target of this work.
A computer model is used to find the optimum separator pressures. The model employs the Peng-Robinson equation of state (Peng and Robinson 1976) for volatile oil. The application of t
