A simulated perovskite solar cell based on a P3HT/MAPbI3/C60 structure is examined to achieve 30% PCE using SCAPS-1D software. Several aspects of the perovskite layer were evaluated, including the perovskite layer thickness, CB and VB effective density of state, band gap, and electron affinity. These factors show great influence on the device performance. The best device based on the best examined parameter has exhibited a PCE of 32.1% correlated with FF of 84.8%, V_OC of 1.23V and J_SC of 30.77 mA.cm^-2. The neutron flux in this paper, which is generated as a result of γ incineration of the radioactive fisssion products isotopes has been evaluated .It is obvious from this paper that the neutron flux value depends on the number of incineration nuclei and the nuclear cross-section of the incinerated isotopes, and the neutron flux is directly dependent on γ-ray flux. The neutron flux increases from 1010to 1017n/s.gm as the irradiation flux increases from 1016to 1020 γ/cm2.s. It is concluded that the γ-incineration technique can be used to produce a switchable neutron source of high flux.

A promising analysis method has been implemented based on the available data of the resonance spacing, where widths are associated with Porter Thomas distribution. The calculated level density for the compound nuclei ⁴⁵Sc,⁴⁹Vand ⁵⁷Co shows a parity and spin dependence, where for Sc a discrepancy in level density distinguished from this analysis probably due to the spin  misassignment .The present results show an acceptable agreement with the combinatorial method of level density.

This study was conducted to identify the genetic diversity of microsatellite markers CSSM66, ETH10 and ILSTS34 using 100 cows of several breeds distributed as follows: 30 local Iraqi cows (equally divided into Restaki, Janoubi and Sharabi) as well as  50 Holstein cows (German) and 20 Brahman bulls after amplification in PCR reaction, 16 alleles of ETH10, CSSM66 and ILSTS34 markers were detected in a sample of studied cattle and they were 7, 6 and 5 alleles, respectively. The total Shannon (I) was 1.5400, and it was found that the average value of Obs_Hom is smaller than the average value of Exp_Het, being 0.2600 and 0.7544, respectively. This indicates the presence of high genetic heterogeneity or diversity among cows. The avera
