The present study was conducted  to reveal the effect of crude oil  on some  fungal species  isolation from soil in order to evaluate the role of these fungi   in environmental  balance of soil . The results showed a variation in numbers and  percentage of  the fungal  isolates  Aspergillus fumigatus dominated over all   isolates with  a frequency of  (32.47) . Ultrasonic absorption, velocity, viscosity, adiabatic compressibility, relaxation time and relaxation amplitude measurements are reported on different concentrations of poly(acrylic acid) solutions in common solvent water using pulsed ultrasonic apparatus technique operating at 26 kHz and 30 ºC. Results show an increase of velocity, viscosity, and absorption coefficient ،relaxation time and relaxation amplitude values with the increasing concentrations of the poly(acrylic acid) solutions, which might be the result of structural fluctuations of polymer molecules such as the segmental motions of the polymer chains. CdS films were prepared by thermal evaporation at pressure (10-6torr) of 1μm thickness onto glass substrate by using (Mo) boat. The optical properties of CdS films, absorbance, transmittance and reflectance were studied in wavelength range of (300-900)nm. The refractive index, extinction coefficient, and absorption coefficient were also studied. It's found that CdS films have allowed direct and forbidden transition with energy gap 2.4eV and 2.25eV respectively and it also has high absorption coefficient (α >104cm-1).

CNC machine is used to machine complex or simple shapes at higher speed with maximum accuracy and minimum error. In this paper a previously designed CNC control system is used to machine ellipses and polylines. The sample needs to be machined is drawn by using one of the drawing software like AUTOCAD® or 3D MAX and is saved in a well-known file format (DXF) then that file is fed to the CNC machine controller by the CNC operator then that part will be machined by the CNC machine. The CNC controller using developed algorithms that reads the DXF file feeds to the machine, extracts the shapes from the file and generates commands to move the CNC machine axes so that these shapes can be machined.

A mathematical model was proposed to study the microkinetics of esterification reaction of oleic acid with ethanol over prepared HY zeolite catalyst. The catalyst was prepared from Iraqi kaolin source and its properties were characterized by different techniques. The esterification was done under different temperature (40 to 70˚C) with 6:1 for molar ratio of ethanol to oleic acid and 5 % catalyst loading.
