Recent reports shown that the supplementation of the broiler ration with a
probiotic leads to an ideal microbial balance in the intestinal microflora of their
gastrointestinal tract. Such balance, however, would reflect on their health and
performance. The aim of the present study was to compare the effect of two
probiotic products, Biomin and Iraqi probiotic, on the broiler performance
characteristics. A total of 500 Lohman broiler chicks, one day old, were
randomly distributed into five dietary groups as follow:
T1: chicks fed on diet with half dose of Biomin (1.5 Kg/ Ton diet).
T2: chicks fed on diet with full dose of Biomin. (3 Kg/ Ton diet)

Abstract-Industrial and urban development has resulted in the spread of plastic waste and the increase in the emissions of carbon dioxide resulting from the cement manufacturing process. The current research aims to produce green (environmentally friendly) concrete by using plastic waste as coarse aggregates in different proportions (10% and 20%) and nano silica sand powder as an alternative to cement in different proportions (5% and 10% by weight). Also their effect on the condition determining the glow-discharge self-sustaining required for pumping the active medium was studied. Little information is available on the pathophysiological changes caused by Fasciola gigantica. The present study aimed at the ellucidation of these changes in Awasi lambs infected with various doses (100, 300 and 600) of metacercariae.

The radio-isotop (Fe5%) was used to reveal the ferrokinetic pathway in the blood stream of sheep as a result of infection.

All lambs exposed to 100 metacercariae showed the chronic phase of the disease. Of the group exposed to 300 metacercariae, two lambs suffered the subacute phase and the remaining three had the chronic phase. Out of the five lambs given 600 metacercariae, four showed acute syndrom, while the fifth showed the subacute phase of the disease.

Equilibrium adsorption isotherm for the removal of trifluralin from aqueous solutions using ? –alumina clay has been studied. The result shows that the isotherms were S3 according Giels classification. The effects of various experimental parameters such as contact time, adsorbent dosage, effect of pH and temperature of trifluralin on the adsorption capacities have been investigated. The adsorption isotherms were obtained by obeying freundlich adsorption isotherm with (R2 = 0.91249-0.8149). The thermodynamic parameters have been calculated by using the adsorption process at five different temperature, the values of ?H, ?G and ?S were (_1.0625) kj. mol-1, (7.628 - 7.831) kj.mol-1 and (_2.7966 - _2.9162) kg.
