The approximate solution of a nonlinear parabolic boundary value problem with variable coefficients (NLPBVPVC) is found by using mixed Galekin finite element method (GFEM) in space variable with Crank Nicolson (C-N) scheme in time variable. The problem is reduced to solve a Galerkin nonlinear algebraic system (NLAS), which is solved by applying the predictor and the corrector method (PCM), which transforms the NLAS into a Galerkin linear algebraic system (LAS). This LAS is solved once using the Cholesky technique (CHT) as it appears in the MATLAB package and once again using the General Cholesky Reduction Order Technique (GCHROT), the GCHROT is employed here at first time to play an important role for saving a massive time. The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the suitability of water resources, for various purposes in the Dujaila River, Wasit Governorate-central Iraq. Physical and chemical properties have been investigated for 9 surface samples of the period August 2015- March 2016. developing algorithms for analyzing image content. Data may be compressed by
reducing the redundancy in the original data, but this makes the data have more
errors. In this paper image compression based on a new method that has been
created for image compression which is called Five Modulus Method (FMM). The
new method consists of converting each pixel value in an (4x4, 8×8,16x16) block
into a multiple of 5 for each of the R, G and B arrays. After that, the new values
could be divided by 5 to get new values which are 6-bit length for each pixel and it
is less in storage space than the original value which is 8-bits.

In this paper, thirty six samples of canned vegetables were collected randomly from
different markets in Baghdad city from October 2013 till March 2014. The study
includes identifying the concentration of some heavy metals (lead, nickel, zinc and iron)
by flameless atomic absorption spectrophotometery. It was found that the higher
concentrations of heavy metals in canned vegetables, was lead 1.179 ppm in olive,
nickel 0.9078 ppm in olive, while zinc 10.143 ppm green peas and iron 90.601ppm in

This paper is primarily concerned with analysing speech acts as a sequence manifested in Reagan’s First Inaugural Speech. It aims to analyse the whole five forms of speech acts pragmatically in identified political speech, as described by Searle, 1969 (assertive, directive, commissive, expressive and declarative). To this end, a mixed method research is used. Qualitative part is used to describe and analyse types of speech acts in the selected data using a proposed model of two theories.
