تهدف الدراسة إلى كشف مستويات ممارسة القيادة الخادمة لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية في محافظة ظفار من وجهة نظر المعلمين وعلاقتها ببعض المتغيرات، باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي واستبانة؛ مع عينة عشوائية قوامها (415) معلماً ومعلمة بنسبة (7.3%) من أصل (5672). وتم استخدام برنامج SPSS. V. 24 لتحقيق أهدافها. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج أبرزها: 1- إن مستوى ممارسة القيادة الخادمة في أبعادها (الإيثار- التمكين- إظهار الأصالة

ان التصميم هو توالد افكار عدت اساس له حيث انها اشياء لها معنى لامور اقتضت الايعاز باعداد هذه التصاميم، اما المصمم فهو الشخص الملم بمباديء واسس التصميم من اجل تنفيذ هذه الافكار بطرق علمية مدروسة، الا ان هناك سؤالا يطرح هل بالامكان لاي شخص ان يرسم فكرة تصميمية؟

تعد المخاطر لصيقة بالأنشطة المصرفية وفي سبيل تجاوز تلك المخاطر لا يكون أمام المصرف مانح الائتمان سوى الاعتماد على الضمانات وهذه الأخيرة بدورها تكون متعددة ومتنوعة، فمنها فما كان منها بصورتها التقليدية كالكفالات الشخصية والرهون بنوعيها التجارية والعقارية، أو الضمانات المتطورة والحديثة نسبياً كعمليات التأمين واتباع سياسة القروض التجميعية، أو إنشاء مؤسسات ضمان متخصصة لتغطية مخاطر عمليات التجارة الخارجي

تسعى الدول الى تنظيم الحياة الاقتصادية والمالية لها لضمان بقائها واستمرارها لقيامها باداء المهام الموكولة لها في تنظيم المرافق العامة وضمان سيرها لتضمن استمراها في تقديم الخدمات العامة لشعوبها, وقد تلجأ تلك الدول باتباع سياسات اقتصادية جديدة لم تكن تلجا اليها مسبقا ومنها سياسة الخصخصة, وهذا يتطلب منها ان تضع الاحكام الدستورية والقانونية المنظمة لهذه السياسة الاقتصادية حفاضا على مبدأي الشرعية والمشروعية

ظاهرة  الازدواج الضريبي الدولي اصبحت من المشاكل المهمة التي تعاني منها الدول وذلك بسب تحمل المكلف الى دفع ضريبة ذاتها على نفس المادة الخاضعة للضريبة  من قبل عدة دول مما اثر ذلك سلبا , على التجارة الدولية وامام الاستثمارات الاجنبية بسب كثرة الدول التي تدعي اختصاصها بفرض الضريبة.

The objective of the current research is to identify the degree of awareness of the teachers of Arabic language with the requirements of sustainable development. The research sample consisted of (100) male and female teachers of the Arabic language. A 3-likert scale of (71) items grouped into practical and cognitive aspects, five trends for each aspect was designed by the researcher to explore the required data. The results showed that the level of awareness of teachers of the Arabic language was moderate of both the cognitive and practical aspects of sustainable education with means (1.69) and (1.48) respectively. The primary aim of this study was to analyze the nucleocapsid (N) gene of the Canine Distemper Virus (CDV) in infected canines within Baghdad, Iraq. The study was implemented to identify some the biological characteristics of 2428 hydatid cysts in 353 naturally infected animals out of 2781 slaughtered sheep in al-Shuula~area in Baghdad. The results revealed that 1669 cysts in 211 infected females and 759 cysts were presence 142infected males. The diameter of hydatid cysts varies from 0.1-16.4 cm . The surrounding cysts were larger than the cysts in the center of the infected organ with multiple cysts. The cysts were unilocular rounded. and mostly found in infected livers. The current study was conducted for the measurement of normal range and mean value of serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) , aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) in (125) clinically normal Iraqi racing horses (males and females , Arabian and Crossbred) , aged 2 – 8 years ; < 4 , 4 and > 4 age groups .
