هدفت الدراسة إلى مقارنة بين نتائج الحكام الدوليين والدرجة الأولى بأختبارات كوبر للياقة البدنية والفروقات بالنسبة للأوقات والمسافات المقطوعة خلال الاختبارات وعددهم (8) حكام دوليين و (8) حكام مساعدين.الاستنتاجات عدم أعطاء راحة كافية بين الاختبارات الخاصة بالحكام (اللياقة البدنية) مما أثر سلباً على نتائج الاختبارات خاصة الاختبارات الثالثة والرابعة بالإضافة إلى ضعف أداء السرعة لحكام الدرجة الأول.

     This study is conducted on the samples of urine obtained from buffaloes. Eighty six urine samples were obtained from local buffaloes of different ages, of both sex in Mosul abattoir. The results showed that urine of infected animals was cloudy, dark yellow to reddish color with putrid odor of low specific gravity. Microscopic examination of urine sediment demonstrated increased number of pus cell, erythrocytes, epithelial cell, presence of casts and crystals/ high power filed. The results of studying the effects of M. anisopiliae spores on mosquito, C. quinquefasciatus showed a biological effects represented by immature mortality. The mortality increased proportionally with the concentrations of fungal spores, which reached (at high concentration 2×1011 spores / ml), to 86.6, 56.6% in first and late instar larvae, respectively.
