This study was conducted to evaluate the hydrocarbon biodegradation abilities of Enterobacter cloacae, Staphylococcus aureus, Sphingomonas paucimobilis, and Pentoae species which were isolated from different diesel-contaminated soil samples. The isolates were identified by the Vitek 2 system. Fourier-transform spectroscopy (FT-IR) tested the potential of these isolates to biodegrade the diesel according to the peak areas, a significant decrease in the area of the peaks at 2856-2928 cm−1 corresponds to aliphatic hydrocarbons. The appearance of small peaks at 900-1032 cm−1 refers to substituted benzene derivative compounds. A seemingly uncorrelated regression (SUR) model is a special case of multivariate models, in which the error terms in these equations are contemporaneously related. The method estimator (GLS) is efficient because it takes into account the covariance structure of errors, but it is also very sensitive to outliers. The robust SUR estimator can dealing outliers. This study was performed on a 10 of local ewes during 24 hours after lambing. Five of the ewes suffering from uterine prolapse (treated group), and other five ewes didn't show uterine prolapse (control group). The study shows a relation between the calcium serum level and incidence of uterine prolapse after lambing. The result of study indicated that, a low level of calcium in the serum of treated group (2.29±0.33 mg/dl) as compared with the level of the calcium in the serum of the control group (6.52±0.30). The results indicated that the calcium deficiency (hypocalcaemia) in the late stage of pregnancy and at the lambing time may lead to uterine prolapse in ewes.

The research aims to identify the correlation between self-reliance and human relationship of kindergartens’ teachers. Total of (120) kindergarten teachers at Baghdad city. To collect needed data, two scales were administered to the research sample consisted of (25) items of each scale with (five) alternatives.
