المقدمة: يمثل مرض الانسداد الرئوي المزمن أحد أهم الامراض المزمنة. إن العوامل المؤدية الى تقييد جريان الهواء في مرض الانسداد الرئوي المزمن هو خليط من خلل في القصيبات الهوائية الدقيقة وتحطم في نسيج الرئة.
