In 120 hen eggs ( local eggs , hatching eggs and table eggs ) a bacteriological
pollution with high rate was observed by isolating 427 bacterial isolates from
which 199 isolates related to the egg's shell , 117 isolates related to albumen sac,
and 111 isolates related to yolk sac .
The Salmonella ssp isolates were the greater number (142 isolates) ,
Echerichia coli ( 138 isolates ) , Streptococcus ssp ( 89 isolated) and lately
Staphylococcus ssp ( 58 isolates ) which was never isolated from internal egg
components (Albumen Sac and yolk sac) .
The study explains that the shell of the egg is more contaminated than
Albumen Sac and yolk sac and that the table egg is more contaminated than the

This paper presents the results of experimental investigation carried out on concrete model piles to study the behaviour of defective piles. The degradation of Toluidine Blue dye in aqueous solution under UV irradiation is investigated by using photo-Fenton oxidation (UV/H2O2/Fe+). The effect of initial dye concentration, initial ferrous ion concentration, pH, initial hydrogen peroxide dosage, and irradiation time are studied. It is found put that the removal rate increases as the initial concentration of H2O2 and ferrous ion increase to optimum value ,where in we get more than 99% removal efficiency of dye at pH = 4 when the [H2O2] = 500mg / L, [Fe + 2 = 150mg / L]. Complete degradation was achieved in the relatively short time of 75 minutes. Low conversion copolymerization of N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidon M.W = (111.14) VP (monomer-1) has been conducted with acrylic acid AA and methymethacrylate MMA in ethanol at 70ºC , using Benzoyl peroxide BPO as initiator . The copolymer composition has been determined by elemental analysis. The monomer reactivity ratios have been calculated by the Kelen-Tudos and Finman-Ross graphical procedures . The derived reactivity ratios (r1 , r2 ) are : (0.51 , 4.85) for (VP / AA ) systems and (0.34 , 7.58) for (VP , MMA) systems , and found the reactivity ratios of the monomer AA , MMA is mor than the monomer VP in the copolymerization of (VP / AA) and (VP /MMA) systems respectly . The reactivity ratios values were used for microstructures calculation.
