        This study aimed to collected 150 feces sample from calves suffering sever diarrhea ,then there were isolation and purification of Cryptosporidium parvum oocyst from samples contain it. These oocysts were used to induce experimental infection in the Immunosupperessed mice, then the mice treated by Bifidium bacteria , its supernatant and local yogurt were used for bacterial isolation.

               The new symmetry pyromellitdiimide [VII]_a-c,n  were synthesized by two-step reactions from the corresponding pyromellitic dianhydride . A new symmetrical amic acid [VI]_a-c,n was synthesized by the reaction of pyromellitic dianhydride with different heterocyclic amines in dry acetone . The second reaction step includes  intramolecular cyclization of amic acid in the presence of  sodium acetate -acetic anhydride system at 85⁰C. Structures  of  the synthesized compounds have been ascertained by their melting points , C.H.N analysis , UV-Vis, FTIR and ¹HNMR spectroscopy.

  In the present paper, Arabic Character Recognition  Edge detection method based on contour and connected components  is proposed. First stage contour extraction feature is introduced to tackle the Arabic characters edge detection problem, where the aim is to extract the edge information presented in the Arabic characters, since it is crucial to understand the character content.         The second stage connected components appling for the same characters to find edge detection. The proposed approach exploits a number of connected components, which move on the character by character intensity values, to establish matrix, which represents the edge information at each pixel location .

A study was carried out in the vineyard at Al- sowayra in the Waset Province to study the effect of boron spray on cluster and fruits traits characteristics of grape cultivar . In this paper we study fully semiprime submodules and fully semiprime modules, where a proper fully invariant R-submodule W of M is called fully semiprime in M if whenever XXW for all fully invariant R-submodule X of M, implies XW.         M is called fully semiprime if (0) is a fully semiprime submodule of M. We give basic properties of these concepts. Also we study the relationships between fully semiprime submodules (modules) and other related submodules (modules) respectively.

   In this paper, we introduce a new type of functions in bitopological spaces, namely, (1,2)*-proper functions. Also, we study the basic properties and characterizations of these functions . One of the most important of equivalent definitions to the (1,2)*-proper functions is given by using (1,2)*-cluster points of filters . Moreover we define and study (1,2)*-perfect functions and (1,2)*-compact functions in bitopological spaces and we study the relation between (1,2)*-proper functions and each of (1,2)*-closed functions , (1,2)*-perfect functions and (1,2)*-compact functions and we give an example when the converse may not be true .

SGI2 wild type isolate of Sinorhizobium meliloti was isolated from Medicago sativa (alfalfa) plant which was obtained from Al-Tarmiaa region / Baghdad. Nine auxotrophic mutants were obtained from the SGI2 wild type isolate by mutagenesis with Nitrous acid (HNO2). The SGI2 wild type and the all auxotrophic mutant isolates had two Megaplasmids; pSymA and pSymB. No genetic variations in plasmid number and size were detected when gel electrophoresis was done for plasmid profile detection. As a microbial control agent against Chrysomya albiceps (blow fly) larvae and adults under laboratory conditions. The corrosion behavior and the influence of the concentration of adenine (AD) on the corrosion of 316L stainless steel in 0.6 mol.dm-3 sodium chloride acid solutions were studied. The research was performed in two pH values (pH=2 and pH=4) over the temperature range (293- 308)K. The investigation involved electrochemical polarization method using potentiostatic technique. Tafel polarization study revealed that (AD) acted as a mixed inhibitor. The inhibition efficiency increased with an increase in the concentration of adenine, but decreased with increase in temperature. (efficiency= 87% at 0.01 M AD & at T= 293K). The adsorption of (AD) has been found to occur on the surface of 316L stainless steel according to the Langmuir isotherm.
