      تتوخى هذه الدراسة بيانَ مفهوم المقاصد التحسينية، وأقسامها، وأبعادها الوظيفية، وتصحيحَ فكرةٍ شائعةٍ عنها مفادها: أن التحسينيَّ زينةٌ محضةٌ، وترفٌ لا طائل من تحته. وكان من النتائج التي تأدت إليها الدراسة أن التحسينيات بوتقة تنصهر فيها الأحكام الشرعيَّة على تفاوت مراتبها، لكن النَّاظم بينها هو وقوعها موقع التَّحسين والتَّزيين،

The aim of this study is modeling the transport of industrial wastewater in sandy soil by using finite element method. A washing technique was used to remove the industrial wastewater from the soil. New, simple and sensitive batch and reverse FIA spectrophotometric methods for the determination of doxycycline hyclate in pure form and in pharmaceutical preparations were proposed. These methods based on oxidative coupling reaction between doxycycline hyclate and 3-methylbenzothiazolinone-2-hydrazone hydrochloride (MBTH) in the presence ammonium ceric sulfate in acidic medium, to form green water-soluble dye that is stable and has a maximum absorbance at 626 nm.
