The dialect is part of a broader environment that includes many dialects that have their own characteristics, but they share a set of linguistic phenomena that work on the communication of the members of this environment with each other, and these dialects are old and died, wheras some of them live next to classical, each dialect has a set of common characteristics, The dialectical division is due to the feeling of the place of the one region, that they speak in a way that differs from the image that the inhabitants of the neighboring region walk in, and the dialects of speech in the Arab countries still retain ancient elements that were common in the dialects of Arabs before Islam, as they adhered to many of the features that were known about the Arab tribes Old.
This paper aims to add to the growing body of cognitive translation studies that deal with the translation of emotions and the factors of evaluating the translation process-oriented. Cognitive appraisal is one of the tokens that includes three paradigms of assessing the performance of translation, it can be addressed from the perspective of emotions, intuitions, and individual styles of the SL and the method of transfer into TL. The study hypothesized that translators create a similar emotional charge due to their mental capability to build the same emotional effect in the TL audience. Most important findings of the study is the need to grant personal and family exemptions that differ according to the civil status of the taxpayer (single or married). In other words, the exemption increases as the number of family members depend on its social sense. Also taking into account some incomes that require a certain effort and looking at the tax rates, it is unreasonable for wages to be subject to the same rates applied to commercial profits.
