اجريت عملية غربلة اولية على عدد من الخمائر المعزولة من مصادر مختلفة من حيث قدرتها على انتاج انزيم الانفرتيز فتبين ان خمس عزلات منها تعود الى جنس  Candida  تميزت بقابليتها على انتاج الانزبم ،  ووجد العزلة التي رمز لها C5  كانت أكفا تلك العزلات  . درست الظروف المثلى لإنتاج الإنزيم وبطريقة المزارع المغمورة  من هذه العزلة  . تبين أن أعلى انتاجية تحققت باستخدام الرافينوز كصدر للكاربون وبتركيز 3% و مزيج خلاصة الخمير

The current research seeks to Analyze third intermediate chemistry book following sustainable development standards for academic year (2016-2017). To do this, a list of sustainable development standards that should be included in chemistry book was designed based on the previous studies. The first version of the list consisted of (50) sub-case divided into three standards (social, economic, and environmental) which was exposed to group of experts in teaching chemistry and teaching methods. The list has modified to (43) sub-case. The researcher followed the implicit and explicit meaning in his analysis: one for recording and repetition and the other for frequency.  This project introduces a prospective material for photonic laser applications. The material is olive oil which is classified as organic compound, having a good nonlinear optical properties candidate to be used in photonic applications. A high purity sample of olive oil has been used. The theoretical calculation to generate third harmonic wave using olive oil has been determine using MATLAB program. THG (λ=355nm) intensity has been determined at two cases of sample thicknesses 1mm and 10mm. The minimum threshold incident intensity to obtain THG intensity are equal I_ω=7530 mW/cm² at L=1mm and I_ω= 6220 mW/cm² at L=10mm.
