In bilateral contracts, if one of the contracting parties does not fully perform his obligation the other contracting party may ask the court to rescission the contract in full, but the failure to perform may be limited to part of his obligation, then the following question arises: Can the contract be partially rescission  ? It is noted that there is a great jurisprudential and judicial disagreement on this subject, And we ended up saying ​that it is not permissible for a court to order on partial rescission  without the approval of the creditor, because the judgment of partial rescission  requires to compel the creditor to accept partial payment, which is rejected under Article (392) of the Iraqi Civil law.

The COVID-19 pandemic has profoundly affected the healthcare sector and the productivity of medical staff and doctors. This study employs machine learning to analyze the post-COVID-19 impact on the productivity of medical staff and doctors across various specialties. A cross-sectional study was conducted on 960 participants from different specialties between June 1, 2022, and April 5, 2023. The study collected demographic data, including age, gender, and socioeconomic status, as well as information on participants' sleeping habits and any COVID-19 complications they experienced. The current study aimed to identify the difficulties faced by the student in mathematics and possible proposals to address these difficulties. The study used a descriptive method also used the questionnaire to collect data and information were applied to a sample of (163) male and female teachers.
