In this paper we study this class of modules which is contained in the class of extending modules, Also we consider the class of strongly quasi-monoform modules, an R-module M is called strongly quasi-monoform if every nonzero proper submodule of M is quasi-invertible relative to some direct summand of M. This research has discussed the origins of ESP, addressed key notions about ESP and examined issues in ESP syllabus design. The content of the paper was determined by a need identified based on my  experience as an ESL instructor designing and delivering the content-based language program - Language Preparation for the Cadets and Employment in the Iraqi  College of Police . These issues, where possible, have been supported by current and pertinent academic literature. It is my sincerest hope that these observations will lend insight into the challenges facing the ESL instructor acting as ESP syllabus developer.

     This work presents plants recognition system with rotation invariant based on plant leaf. Wavelet energy features are extracted for sub-images (blocks) beside three of leaf shape features: [area, perimeter, circularity ratio]. (8) species of leaves are used in different size and color, (15) samples for each leaf are used. Leaves images are rotated at angles: 90˚, 180˚, 270˚(counterclockwise,clockwise). Euclidean distance is used, the recognition rate was 98.2% with/without rotation.

However, despite these features, the ultrasound suffers from problems. These problems are speckle noise and artifacts. In this paper, a new method is proposed to improve US images by removing speckle noise and reducing artifacts to enhance the contrast of the image. The proposed method involves algorithms for image preprocessing and segmentation. A median filter is used to smooth the image in the pre-processing.
