The present work included qualitative study of epiphytic algae on dead and living stems, leaves of the aquatic plant Phragmitesaustralis Trin ex Stand, in Tigris River in AL- Jadria Site in Baghdad during Autumn 2014, Winter 2015, Spring 2015, and Summer 2015. The physical and chemical parameters of River’s water were studied (water temperature, pH, electric conductivity, Salinity, TSS, TDS, turbidity, light intensity, dissolve oxygen, BOD5, alkalinity, total hardness, calcium, magnesium and plant nutrient). In order to find the relationship between Helicobacter pylori infection and hematological disease are disorders which primarily affect the blood and blood-forming organs. One hundred and three blood samples were taken for people aged (20-68) years for the period from 10/1/2021 to 1/3/2022, divided into three groups. The first group included 44-person H. pylori-infected with symptoms of infection, the second group had 19-person H. pylori-infected but without symptoms, and the third group included 40 people without H. pylori infection. The current research focuses on examining the isohyets in a set of (3) climatic maps of Iraq. Two of these maps were published in the Iraq Climate Atlas and the third one was published in an English source about the geography of Iraq. The first map represents the period from 1923-to-1944, the second is for the period from 1961-to-1990, whereas the third represents the period from 1971-to-2000. Comparing among these three maps, it has become clear that there are noticeable changes of rain in Iraq.
