The main idea of this research is to consider fibrewise pairwise versions of the more important separation axioms of ordinary bitopology named fibrewise pairwise - spaces, fibrewise pairwise - spaces, fibrewise pairwise - spaces, fibrewise pairwise -Hausdorff spaces, fibrewise pairwise functionally -Hausdorff spaces, fibrewise pairwise -regular spaces, fibrewise pairwise completely -regular spaces, fibrewise pairwise -normal spaces and fibrewise pairwise functionally -normal spaces. This paper proposes two hybrid feature subset selection approaches based on the combination (union or intersection) of both supervised and unsupervised filter approaches before using a wrapper, aiming to obtain low-dimensional features with high accuracy and interpretability and low time consumption. Experiments with the proposed hybrid approaches have been conducted on seven high-dimensional feature datasets.      The paper shows how to estimate the three parameters of the generalized exponential Rayleigh distribution by utilizing the three estimation methods, namely, the moment employing estimation method (MEM), ordinary least squares estimation method (OLSEM),  and maximum entropy estimation method (MEEM). The simulation technique is used for all these estimation methods to find the parameters for the generalized exponential Rayleigh distribution.
