The actual position and velocity of the sun and the  moon were calculate through one year , and the satellite position and velocity components (x,y,z, v_x, v_y, v_z) were calculate as well as the momentum component at inclination (116.5?) , argument of perigee (30?), longitude  node angle (40?), eccentricity (0.01), for deferent perigee height (200,300,..,1000 km).      In this paper, the maximum likelihood estimator and the Bayes estimator of the reliability function for negative exponential distribution has been derived, then a Monte –Carlo simulation technique was employed to compare the performance of such estimators. The integral mean square error (IMSE) was used as a criterion for this comparison. The simulation results displayed that the Bayes estimator performed better than the maximum likelihood estimator for different samples sizes.

We used a mathematical model and motion measurements of a human arm to estimate joint torque as a means to control the exoskeleton’s actuator. The proposed arm model is based on a two-pendulum configuration and is used to obtain instantaneous joint torques which are then passed into control law to regulate the actuator torque.
