Formation of Orientalist discourse, the tendency within the force, and metadata, and power.
...Show More Authors

Began research of the foundations of Orientalist discourse based on force and metadata and authority, and the possibility of turning the West's view of the East as if made radical changes in the structure of the West or in a relationship of power and authority between it and the east. We have adopted in our paper on the research categories of Edward Said and visions in the field of Orientalism in general, and especially his book entitled the name of this area, not forgetting, or leave the expansion to other sources, a researcher in this field, to enrich the research.

We went to Orientalism as a concept and based cognitive, and the work of the Orientalist, and the meanings of Orientalism, which suggests Balastala which was characterized by managers of foreigners in the era of European colonialism in the nineteenth century and early twentieth century, and as a way of thinking texture discrimination existential and knowledge between East and West, and being a Western-style of domination on the east and reconstruction, and bullying him. It also discussed the issue of power and superiority and power in the discourse of Orientalism, as established hypotheses (circular) for the Middle leaning on Darwin's theory, the theory of human races to Renan based on arrogance and superiority, the balance of (scientific) developed by the West to study the peoples of Europe. So Orientalist discourse based on racial differentiation, mental and cultural cooperation between East and West.

They showed the relevance of knowledge to power, and the view of metadata, and the principle of Western power, so incurring the trouble of studying the West, especially the fantasy of the West remain distinct from and superior to it. We explained the difficulty of separation between the (Orientalist discourse) and (the field of international political thought).

And we came out that he may change the West's view Orientalist in the event of changes (radical) in the structure of the West, and perhaps in the event of changes in the balance of power, transmission and pinned down in the Middle of what Islam today a significant impact as a (power), which is extremely dangerous to the Christian West, Islam today is what constitutes balance (force) in the East, which significantly raises concerns Bank and the West only to incur the trouble of education or knowledge to tighten control to be able to prevent it constitute a danger to it again after the imposition of the wide dominance in the past.

Maximum bite force in relation to maximum mouth opening among primary school children
...Show More Authors

Background: The vertical distance between the upper and lower incisal edge of the central incisors when the mouth is opened as wide as possible is called maximum mouth opening (MMO). Any pathological change in the masticatory system had a direct effect on the maximal mouth opening. The aim of this study was to evaluate the relationship between the maximum bite force and the maximum mouth opening among group of children. Materials and methods: Four hundred children of both genders were included in this study, their age ranged from eight to ten years. Anterior and posterior (right, left) bite force were measured using bite force sensor. Maximum mouth opening was evaluated by electronic digital caliper. Data was statistically analyzed

Ant Colony Optimization Based Force-Position Control for Human Lower Limb Rehabilitation Robot
...Show More Authors

The aim of human lower limb rehabilitation robot is to regain the ability of motion and to strengthen the weak muscles. This paper proposes the design of a force-position control for a four Degree Of Freedom (4-DOF) lower limb wearable rehabilitation robot. This robot consists of a hip, knee and ankle joints to enable the patient for motion and turn in both directions. The joints are actuated by Pneumatic Muscles Actuators (PMAs). The PMAs have very great potential in medical applications because the similarity to biological muscles. Force-Position control incorporating a Takagi-Sugeno-Kang- three- Proportional-Derivative like Fuzzy Logic (TSK-3-PD) Controllers for position control and three-Proportional (3-P) controllers for force contr

Zinc Element Traces to Inhibit Scale Formation on Cooling Tower and Air Cooler Systems
...Show More Authors

Calcium carbonate is predominantly present in aqueous systems, which is
commonly used in industrial processes. It has inverse solubility characteristics
resulting in the deposition of scale on heat transfer surface. This paper focuses on
developing methods for inhibition of calcium carbonate scale formation in cooling
tower and air cooler system where scaling can cause serious problems, ZnCl 2 and ZnI
2 has been investigated as scale inhibitor on AISI 316 and 304. ZnCl 2 were more
effective than ZnI 2 in both systems, and AISI 316 show more receptivity to the
chlorides salt compared to AISI 304. The inhibitors were more effective in cooling
tower than air cooler system. AISI 316 show more constant inhibition effic

Impacts of Starvation Stress on Biofilm Formation and expression of Virulence Genes in Mono-and Mixed-species cultures of Pseudomonas Aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus
...Show More Authors

Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa are the major globally distributed pathogens, which causes chronic and recalcitrant infections due to their capacity to produce biofilms in large part. Biofilm production represents a survival strategy in these species, allowing them to endure environmental stress by altering their gene expression to match their own survival needs. In this study, we co-cultured different clinical isolates of S. aureus and P. aeruginosa as mono- and mixed-species biofilms in a full-strength Brain Heart Infusion Broth (BHI) and in a 1000-fold diluted Brain Heart Infusion Broth (BHI/1000) using Microtiter plate assay and determination of colony-forming units. Furthermore, the effect of starvation stress on the e

Normalize and De-Normalize of Relative Permeability Data for Mishrif Formation in WQ1: An Experimental Work
...Show More Authors

In many oil-recovery systems, relative permeabilities (kr) are essential flow factors that affect fluid dispersion and output from petroleum resources. Traditionally, taking rock samples from the reservoir and performing suitable laboratory studies is required to get these crucial reservoir properties. Despite the fact that kr is a function of fluid saturation, it is now well established that pore shape and distribution, absolute permeability, wettability, interfacial tension (IFT), and saturation history all influence kr values. These rock/fluid characteristics vary greatly from one reservoir region to the next, and it would be impossible to make kr measurements in all of them. The unsteady-state approach was used to calculate the relat

Laboratory Testing and Evaluating of Shale Interaction with Mud for Tanuma Shale formation in Southern Iraq
...Show More Authors

Rock failure during drilling is an important problem to be solved in petroleum technology. one of the most causes of rock failure is shale chemical interaction with drilling fluids. This interaction is changing the shale strength as well as its pore pressure relatively near the wellbore wall. In several oilfields in southern Iraq, drilling through the Tanuma formation is known as the most challenging operation due to its unstable behavior. Understanding the chemical reactions between shale and drilling fluid is determined by examining the features of shale and its behavior with drilling mud. Chemical interactions must be mitigated by the selection of suitable drilling mud with effective chemical additives. This study is describing t
