In order to find out the opinions of the jurists and their evidence regarding the return of a gift and its impediments, we will divide the subject into two sections. In the opinion of Islamic jurisprudence, especially Hanafi jurisprudence, through the Ottoman Journal of Judicial Rulings, and this research is derived from a master's thesis tagged with the provisions of the gift in Islamic jurisprudence by the student Hussein Ahmed Ali Al-Najdi submitted to the College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Baghdad under my supervision in the year 1420 AH - 1999 AD, and I got the degree of excellence.
Acute appendicitis is the most common surgical abdominal emergency. Its clinical diagnosis remains a challenge to surgeons, so different imaging options were introduced to improve diagnostic accuracy. Among these imaging modality choices, diagnostic medical sonography (DMS) is a simple, easily available, and cost effective clinical tool. In Africa, the leaves were used medicinally to cure epilepsy and diarrhoea by boiling them in milk. The inhibition effect of crude juice of green and black olive on cancer cell line (RD) in vitro has been studied by depending on micro titration system . Eleven different concentration starting from (916-960) mg/ml of crude juice respectively ,for three periods of exposure(24-48-72)hours. The resulted showed that the inhibition effect dependent on type of olive fruit juice ,concentration of dose ,time of exposure and the high concentration of both type of olive juice increased the growth of cell line while other concentration caused decrease in different rates ,moreover the black juice was more effective than green and 48 hours' time exposure was the best for inhibition.
In this paper we prove the boundedness of the solutions and their derivatives of the second order ordinary differential equation x ?+f(x) x ?+g(x)=u(t), under certain conditions on f,g and u. Our results are generalization of those given in [1].
