The aim of this study was Identifying the relation of coordination and kinesthetic perception with artistic performance level in gymnastics skills for students in second class from the college of physical education/ university of Baghdad/ Al - jadreia .The searchers have been used the descriptive method in scanning style .The subject of this search has been taken (45) female - student in second class from the college of physical education/ university of Baghdad . The searchers have reached into specific conclusions concerning with statistic analysis about immoral joint relation between sensitive- kinetic coincidence and realization and with Artistic Performance Level in Gymnastics Skills for Women for second class .The an important recommendations by researchers have tackled the necessity of development elements coincidence and realization and with Artistic Performance Level in Gymnastics Skills for Women for second class .
The research aims to determine the impact of employees’ retention strategy on organizational memory. This research is historical, descriptive, and analytical. The sample consists of 158 faculty members in five private colleges in Baghdad. The technique used to analyze the data is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling), and SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences). The research concludes that the employees retaining strategy plays a vital role in retaining employees and hence maintains organizational memory. In this research, the kinetic studies of four isoenzymes of Asprtate aminotransferase, which partially purified from the urine of chronic renal failure patients were carried out .The four isoenzymes were obeyed Michaelis-Menton's equation and the optimum concentration of their substrate (Aspartic acid) was (166.5x10-3) mole/liter,and their Km values were determined. Four isoenzymesI,II,III,IV have shown an optimum pH at 7.4.The four isoenzymes obeyed Arrhenius equation up to 37º C and their Ea and Q10 constants were determined .

A Pap test can identify the pre-cancerous and cancerous problem in the vagina and uterine cervix. Cervical tumour is the easiest gynecologic disease to be diagnosed, treated and prevented using regular screening tests and follow-up. This review aimed to explore the opinion of specialists about cytological changes and the precancerous lesions with Pap smear test and visual inspection of the cervices, also to determine the relationship of this malignancy with demographic characteristics of patients. Results showed that few cervical cancer and pre-cancer were with women in postmenopausal period, but more were with women in the premenopausal period.
