The aim of the research was to prepare the fields and items for safe environment scale form professional basketball players and coaches’ point of view. The researchers used the descriptive method on professional athletes of players and coaches from (11) clubs; for the pilot study (21) athletes were selected and for the building sample (103) athletes, and standardization sample (101) athletes from the participants in the Iraqi league (2018-2019). The scale of the safe environment was concluded with (6) fields and (52) items. The researchers came up with the safe environment scale from the point of view of professional basketball players and coaches. Finally the researchers recommended paying attention to providing safe environment for athletes from all social, economic and psychological aspects. A survey to show the reality of educational guidance in schools in Baghdad Rusafa 3\ from the point of view of educational guides. It used the analytical descriptive technique. The research community consists of () male and female advisors in schools of Baghdad. The sample was haphazard( 51\.) The questionnaire was made and it consists (50) items. The research statistics have been analyzed by (SPSS), The questionnaires have been used in the first term in (2017-2018) and the results showed the relationship between the advisor and other teachers, the advisor and students fathers and the local society. According to the results, the research made some recommendations and suggestions.
