Personalism emerged in a historical era in which the world, Europe and France were witnessing the end of a civilizational era that extended from the end of the Middle Ages until the beginning of the twentieth century, characterized by being capitalist in structure, liberal in method and bourgeois in values. Personalism came not only as an attempt to respond to a new era witnessing the birth of a new civilization whose features are still vague, but also as a response to the materialistic and existentialist Marxist school, which defined its ultimate goal as remaking the (Renaissance). Personalism originated with the French thinker (Charles Renouvier) in the late nineteenth century, but it did not witness its true revolution until the French philosopher (Emmanuel Mounier) who developed this idea and gave it a personal character that is consistent with lived reality and proceeds from it.
This research aims to identify the reality of teaching political science research methods curriculum, to observe practices, and differences in teaching and learning between the Arab and Western universities. Moreover, it focuses on the difficulties that face students' acquisition of the course skills. The research uses the course model of some Western and Arab universities as case study.
This research shows that the curriculum do not reach yet the final form as other political science curriculums, and its upcoming changes will reflect the needs of stakeholders. A groundwater quality assessment has been carried out in northeast part of Anbar governorate in western Iraq. We analyzed hydrochemical parameters such as pH, electrical conductivity, total dissolved solids presence of ions to describe groundwater quality. The study area has the only confined aquifer within the geological formation extended in area.
