هدف البحث التعرف الى اسباب سلوك التنمر لدى طلاب الصف الاول المتوسط من وجهة نظر المدرسين والمدرسات واساليب تعديله، واستعمل الباحثان المنهج الوصفي واختيار عينة عشوائية من المدرسين والمدرسات في متوسطة أرض الرافدين ومتوسطة الرحمن للبنين وكان عددهم (46) مدرساً ومدرسة بواقع (32) مدرساً و(14) مدرسة، واعتمد الباحثان الاستبانة أداة للتعرف الى اسباب سلوك التنمر واساليب تعديله، واشارت نتائج البحث الى تنوع اسباب التن

The current research aims to identify "the impact of the round table strategies and the question of self-achievement and self-efficacy among students of the Faculty of Education in research methodology course.” The research sample consisted of (75) male and female-third stage students in the department of Life Sciences / College of Education for Pure Sciences / University of Dhi Qar for the academic year (2018-2019. The phenomenon of negative behavior has studied as a social and psychological phenomenon that effect on the performance and life of workers inside and outside the organization. The adoption of this phenomenon is studied in terms of the role of the internal environment of the organization in addressing this behavior, being the variables belong to the field of organizational behavior to see the results of those variables on the Iraqi organizations, since the specificities of it differ from the rest of the Arab and foreign environments.
