In this paper a system is designed on an FPGA using a Nios II soft-core processor, to detect the colour of a specific surface and moving a robot arm accordingly. The surface being detected is bounded by a starting mark and an ending mark, to define the region of interest. The surface is also divided into sections as rows and columns and each section can have any colour. Such a system has so many uses like for example warehouses or even in stores where their storing areas can be divided to sections and each section is coloured and a robot arm collects objects from these sections according to the section’s colour also the robot arm can organize objects in sections according to the section’s colour.

The second most commonly diagnosed cancer is colorectal cancer (CRC) is in female. The levels of progranulin, obestatin and liver enzymes including ALT, AST and ALP were measured in forty five sera in female patients suffering from CRC before chemotherapy initiation treatment as G1, G2 after first chemotherapy cycle and G3 after second chemotherapy cycle compared with thirty female as a healthy control G4. Results showed a high significant increased in progranulin concentration and a high significant decrease in obestatin in G2 than other groups. Image retrieval is an active research area in image processing, pattern recognition, and
computer vision. In this proposed method, there are two techniques to extract the feature
vector, the first one is applying the transformed algorithm on the whole image and the second
is to divide the image into four blocks and then applying the transform algorithm on each part
of the image. In each technique there are three transform algorithm that have been applied
(DCT, Walsh Transform, and Kekre’s Wavelet Transform) then finding the similarity and
indexing the images, useing the correlation between feature vector of the query image and
