Measuring goat weight on a farm is carried out by two methods. The first method conventionally measures the chest girth (CG) and body length (BL), while the second is performed using a scale. This study aimed to facilitate the CG and BL measurements to estimate goat weight more efficiently through image processing. The endpoints of CG and BL were determined automatically using binary large object (BLOB) segmentation. Image retrieval is an active research area in image processing, pattern recognition, and
computer vision. In this proposed method, there are two techniques to extract the feature
vector, the first one is applying the transformed algorithm on the whole image and the second
is to divide the image into four blocks and then applying the transform algorithm on each part
of the image. In each technique there are three transform algorithm that have been applied
(DCT, Walsh Transform, and Kekre’s Wavelet Transform) then finding the similarity and
indexing the images, useing the correlation between feature vector of the query image and
images in database. The retrieved method depends on higher indexing number. <

In this paper, the maximum likelihood estimates for parameter ( ) of two parameter's Weibull are studied, as well as white estimators and (Bain & Antle) estimators, also Bayes estimator for scale parameter ( ), the simulation procedures are used to find the estimators and comparing between them using MSE.
