 The behaviour of the electrical conductivity (σ) and the activation energies (Ea1, Ea2) have been investigated on a-InAs thin films as a function of thickness (250,350,450,550,650) nm, before and after heat treatment. The films were annealed at (373, 423, 473) K for one hour.          The films contain two types of transport mechanisms, and the electrical conductivity (σ) increases whereas the activation energy (Ea) would decrease as the films thickness increases.

The production of reactive oxygen species in most diseases including osteoarthritis (OA) is confirmed to be the most destractive process to human cells.  To investigate the role of free radicals in patients with OA and by comparing lipid peroxidation marker maloan dialdehyde (MDA) and Vit E as one of the potent antioxidant in Sera of (OA) patients with those in healthy population.  The study includes 34 patients with knee OA diagnosed by doctors using different diagnostic parameters techniques , 18 females and 16 males and their age ranged 45 – 78 years , in addition to  32 healthy control 16 males and 16 females.   The study is focused on the modification of the standardized newspaper with natural polymers chitosan and keratin hydrolysate applied on the paper surface from polymer solution. The protective effect of benfotiamine against doxorubicin-induced cardiotoxicity was evaluated in rabbits. Pretreatment of rabbits with 70mg/kg benfotiamine orally 7 days before induction of cardiotoxicity with I.V 15mg/kg doxorubicin. injection resulted in significant reduction of the activities of lactate dehydrogenase and creatine phosphokinase enzyme in the serum compared to doxorubicin treated animals; benfotiamine also improves the histological changes produced by doxorubicin in the cardiac muscle compared to control. In conclusion, benfotiamine when used concomitantly with doxorubicin protects the myocardium against the cardiotoxicity induced by this cytotoxic drug.

In this paper, an approach for object tracking that is inspired from human oculomotor system is proposed and verified experimentally. The developed approach divided into two phases, fast tracking or saccadic phase and smooth pursuit phase. In the first phase, the field of the view is segmented into four regions that are analogue to retinal periphery in the oculomotor system. This study aimed to assess the occurrence of Mycoplasma gallisepticum (MG) and Mycoplasma synoviae (MS) infections in fertile eggs using Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) and Real-Time PCR. A total of 62 yolk samples were collected from August 2022 to April 2023. Of these, 31 samples (50%) were tested positive for antibodies via ELISA, while 13 samples (21%) were positive using Real-Time PCR. Specifically, 10 samples (16.12%) were positive for MG, and 3 samples (4.83%) were positive for MS, indicating a higher incidence of MG than MS in the hatcheries examined. Different thicknesseses of polycrystalline ZnTe films have been deposited on to glass substrates by vacuum evaporation technique under vacuum 2.1x10-5 mbar. The structural characteristics studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD) showed that the films are polycrystalline and have a cubic (zinc blende ) structure. The calculated microstructure parameters revealed that the crystallite size increases with increasing film thicknesses.
