In this study,  thin films of pure and aluminum (Al)-doped zinc oxide/polymethyl methacrylate (ZnO/PMMA) with two different amounts (5% and 7%) using the sol-gel and spin coating methods were created and then heated at two temperatures (450 and 750°C). Many characteristics were used to analyze the resulting samples, including X-ray diffraction (XRD), UV-visible, and infrared (IR) absorption spectroscopy. This study analyzes long-term trends in temporal data from 1980 to 2020, encompassing four decades to assess the impacts of climate change on the environment and ecosystems. The NASA power data access viewer provided data, including wind, temperature, solar radiation, atmospheric pressure, precipitation, and humidity. Statistical analysis methods, including trend analysis and ANOVA, were utilized to evaluate the disparities among time courses. Linear regression models were employed to conduct trend analysis for each decade, assessing changes in climate parameters. An analysis of variance (ANOVA) was performed over four decades. The by- products used were the corn steep water (S) and gluten extract (G) after a proper treatment to get them ready for media preparation. To determine the relationship between Helicobacter pylori infection and reproduction disorder (recurrent spontaneous abortion), twenty women patients who undergo spontaneous abortion during first trimester of pregnancy (20-38) years and have been investigated from 2015/12/1 -2016/3/1 and compared to fifteen healthy individuals. All subjects were carried out to measure anti-H. pylori IgA and anti- H. pylori IgG antibodies by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).
