Univariate and Simplex Optimization for the Spectrophotometric Determination of Cimetidine and Erythromycin ethylsuccinate Drugs Using Bromothymol Blue Via Ion-Pair Formation
...Show More Authors

The ion-pair formation method has been applied for the spectrophotometric determination of Cimetidine and Erythromycin ethylsuccinate, in bulk samples and in dosage form. The methods are accurate, simple, rapid, inexpensive and sensitive depending on the extraction of the formed ion-pair with brompthymol blue (BTB) as a chromogenic reagent in chloroform, use phthalate buffer of pH 5.5 and 4.0 for Cimetidine and Erythromycin ethylsuccinate respectively.  The formed complexes show absorbance maxima at 427.5 nm and 414.5 nm for Cimetidine and Erythromycin ethylsuccinate respectively against reagent blank. The calibration graphs are linear in the ranges of 0.5-15 µg.mL-1 with detection limit of 0.222 µg.mL-1 for

The Effect of Annealing Temperatures on Structural Properties of Cu2O Nanoparticles
...Show More Authors

In this study, the effect of the annealing temperature on the material properties and the structural properties of cuprous oxide was studied in order to investigate how the annealing temperature affects the material properties, and the temperature varied between 200℃, 300℃, 400℃ and 500 ℃ and was unannealed. The physical properties of the cuprous oxide were measured by X-ray diffraction (XRD). The XRD patterns showed that the Cu2O nanoparticles were highly pure, crystalline, and nano-sized. From the XRD results, we found the pure cuprite (Cu2O) phase. The values of crystal size were discovered and calculated by the Halder-Wagner and Size-Strain Plot (SSP) methods, respectively. Evaluation of Asprosin Hormone in Hypothyroidism Patients
...Show More Authors

Asprosin was a novel adipokine that was released by white adipose tissue. It was activated by fasting and attracted to the liver, which allowed the liver to rapidly release glucose into the bloodstream. White adipose tissue was the source of asprosin. When people go on a fast, their blood sugar levels drop, which causes levels of the hormone asprosin to rise. It does this by binding to a G-protein-coupled receptor in the liver known as OR4M1, which in turn activates a cascade that involves the G -protein-cAMP-PKA pathway. Because of this, the glucose that is stored in the liver is released.  We anticipate that by investigating the changes that occur in asprosin levels in hypothyroidism patients, we will be able to make a significant

By using a model that is derived depending on the first order perturbation theory, the rate constant at met/mol interface can be calculated with the calculated reorganization energy. The reorganization energy that is evaluated according to the outer sphere model is based on the electstatistics potential of the molecular donor and acceptor. The interactions used to determine the nuclear energy levels are FPD6, KB3G, and FPY using the fp shell and d3f7cospn for 1d3/21f7/2 model space. Results are compared with each other, and with the existing experimental data, there is clear agreement with some results. Aside from the excellent agreements in the replicated values of energy levels scheme, using model space interactions is the best-fitted two-body matrix element in the fp shell model space. Particularly below 3MeV, the overall estimation of the replicated data is excellent. The wave vectors and analysis are represented in the so-called diagrammatic notation,
