في هذه المقالة تم عرض حالة مريض في السبعين مع عمره مصاب بداء الرثية المفصلية منذ 25 عاما. تقدم المريض لنا بحمى واطئة الدرجة و احساس بالتعب والاعياء و فقدان الشهية والوزن والام شديدة مصحوبة بازرقاق في اصابع الكفين مع بقع شديدة الازراقاق قرب الاصابع. ومع بدء هذا الاعراض اخذ المريض بالاحساس بخدر مستمر وحرقة مستمرة في القدم الايسر مع ضعف شديد في حركة انبساط الكاحل الايسر مما سبب سقوط القدم اثناء المش

". تطور المرض يحدث تدريجيا" ويبدأ بطور أبتدائي مزمن يتطور الى طور متسارع أو أرومي ذا طابع أكثر عدوانية. عديدة هي الدراسات التي كشفت عن دور مهم للجين P53  في تطور هذا المرض.

أهداف الدراسة: تقييم التعبير البروتيني الطافر للدالة  P53  بأستخدام التقنية المناعية النسيجية الكيميائية لمرضى أبيضاض الدم النقوي المزمن والتحري عن هذا التعبير في مختلف الأطوار.

المقدمة : تتزايد اهمية الربو القصبي كمشكلة صحية  عالميا. تعاني بعض الاقليات العرقية في الولايات المتحدة الامريكية من ارتفاع انتشار الربو القصبي بينما يكون انتشاره قليل لدى اقليات اخرى. ان التعرض البيئي و العوامل النفسية الاجتماعية من محفزات نوبات الربو. ان الانتماء العرقي المرتبط باليلات انتشار الربو القصبي  يمكن ان يكون له دور في اختلاف نسبة انتشار هذا المرض

Background: Iraqi people have endured an excess burden of morbidity’ and mortality during the last two decades due to wars and sanctions. This report M’as carried out to assess the nutritional status of first year primary school children.
Methods: A total of3881 school children in Balad district in Salahadin govemorate was included in the study. Age, height and weight were recorded. Malnutrition was regarded as value of less than 2 SD of the reference value.
Results: Among the total sample, 16.5%, 20.06% and 15.3% were underweight, stunted and wasted, respectively. No significant difference was detected in malnutrition rates between both sexes. Conclusion: High rates of malnutrition were detected among school children.

Background: Patients with facial pain without any overt disease especially of the nose and paranasal sinuses are often diagnosed as having Sluder's neuralgia.
