بين البحث القول بأنّ آيات الأحكام لا حصر لها،اذ ذهب إلى عدم اشتراط معرفة المنطق للمجتهد وأنّه ليس من شروط الإجتهاد ،و إنما المعتبر فقط هو تقرير الأدلة ومقوماتها سواء حصل ذلك بالمنطق أو بغيره.

تكمن اهمية البحث بجواز وقوع النسخ في المنطوق وحده أو المفهوم وحده ، وذهب إلى أنّ نسخ المنطوق وحده يلزم منه بطلان كل ما تفرع عليه من مفهومه ومعلوله ودليل خطابه.

كما سيتم تسليط الضوء على أثر الدليل السياقي في تشابه الكلمة ضمن معجم تاج العروس للزبيدي مع الاستشهاد بالأبيات الشعرية التي لخصت الغرض وحددت المعنى، ليتم الانتقال بعدها إلى دراسة
