The video summarization abstracts the essential information of video content. This paper proposed a new video abstraction method to extract meaningful video frames. The proposed method encompasses the following stages: the extracted frames are converted to grayscale images. The quality of the frames is assessed using the NIQE method. The feature vector for each frame is obtained using the kurtosis moment, and the difference between two consecutive feature vectors is calculated. The DBSCAN algorithm is applied to classify these difference values, recording any temporal transitions when a difference value is identified as an outlier. In this paper, an adaptive selective predictive coding method is proposed for
intraframe coding techniques. The adopted techniques overcome the complexity
residual ideal case (i.e., residual does not become random noise) where the residual
still suffers from the existence of redundancy. The suggested techniques attempt to

It is located 60 Km southwest of Kirkuk oil field, and 35 Km southwest of Jambur oil field, the Daquq River passes through the study area. The reflectors in the seismic section were picked and identified by using the synthetic seismograms generated from the logs data of the Jd-1 well. The study deals with 3D seismic reflection in the central Iraq within Merjan oil field which is located approximately (130 km) to the southwest Baghdad and south of Razaza. The 3D seismic survey was interpreted; the results showed that the oil is found within Hartha Formation as stratigraphic traps and with the absence of structural traps. the possible relationship between each other, and to investigate age, gender related
factors in fifty one orphanage Iraqi children their age (3-12) years, before and after

Susceptibility of thirty seven clinical isolates of Staphylococcus aureus to various antibiotics was tested. 100 % of tested isolates were resistant to ampicillin, while the lowest resistance recorded to amikacin 8.10 %. Four of S. aureus isolates showed resistant to vancomycin. Minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of isolates 33 and 56 for vancomycin was ≥ 32 μg/ml.

The switch-ON and switch-OFF have been analyzed numerically using a modified Debye dynamic equation. The method used to determine the solution of the Debye relaxation equations solved numerically to predict the behavior of the etalon for modulated input power.

    This work aims to investigate the dependence of gravitational lensing properties on the lens redshift and source redshift.

The angular diameter distance hereafter referred to as ADD has been determined using two different numerical integral methods, Simpson's rule, and definite integral methods. Both of those two methods gave identical results. In addition, observational data of gravitational Lensing systems have been used to find the most probable value of lens redshift and source redshift. The result showed that the lens redshift and source redshift are more likely to occur in the ranges of z_L=0.2-0.6 and z_S=1-3, respectively.

     In this study, the linear Volterra integral problem of the second kind will be treated with delay using a Lagrange polynomial. The Volterra integral problem is solved numerically using the chosen technique to obtain the best approximation. Additionally, the test examples are provided to demonstrate, through comparison with other methods' outcomes, the great degree of accuracy of the approximative solutions. Moreover, To verify the accuracy of the calculations that is used in these test examples, the absolute error is used to compare it to the exact solution. In this study, we investigated the ability of nanoliposomes preparation, as a nanoadjuvant, to entrap soluble Leismania donovani antigens (SLAs) and release in vitro. The parasite reactivation was carried out when inoculated into Rosewell park memorial institute media (RPMI) and incubated at 23 °C for 4 days. L. donovani promastigote inoculum (104 cell / ml) of 4 days was used to inoculate modified medium of Saline - Neopeptone and Blood agar 9 (SNB 9) to produce promastigote mass. SLAs were extracted from the promastigotes ghost membrane after fourth passages of subculturing in SNB. The membrane pellet obtained was suspended in 5 mM Tris buffer (pH 7.6) and sonicated three times at 4 °C and entrapped in freshly prepared nanoliposomes.
