شهد العصر الحالي سرعة فائقة في انتاج وسائل الاتصال لاسيما في حقل الاتصال الاليكتروني وتوضح ذلك عبر الاندماج بين ظاهرة الكم الهائل من المعلومات وتعدد الوسائل الاتصالية وذلك لتحقيق الهدف المنشود لبث الرسالة الاتصالية الا وهو التفاعل من اجل التأثير في الفرد ومن ثم المجتمع ككل , فيما اضحت العلاقات العامة احد العوامل المؤثرة في عملية التغيير الاجتماعي بما تستند اليه من ممارسات تضعها في اطار الوظائف المجتمعية المؤثرة والتي يعتمد عليها في بناء العمليات الاتصالية مع الجمهور وقد اتجه البحث الى تسليط الضوء على توظيف الاتصال الاليكتروني في العلاقات العامة للتسويق الاجتماعي لقضايا حقوق الانسان ومستوى التفاعل فيه , وبيان اهم اهداف واساليب العلاقات العامة في التسويق الاجتماعي لقضايا حقوق الانسان, معتمدا في ذلك على المنهج المسحي مستعينا بأداة الملاحظة العلمية واداة الاستبيان , وقد احتوى البحث على اربعة فصول جاء الاول منها لاستعراض منهجية البحث والفصل الثاني (الدراسة النظرية) متضمنا المبحث الاول بعنوان الاطار التفاعلي لمنظومة الاتصال الاليكتروني فيما جاء المبحث الثاني بعنوان العلاقات العامة والتسويق الاجتماعي , اما المبحث الثالث فكان بعنوان العلاقات العامة وحقوق الانسان , في حين استعرض الفصل الثالث (الدراسة الميدانية) اجراءات البحث الميدانية والنتائج والاستنتاجات والتوصيات .
