A simple, precise, and sensitive spectrophotometric method has been established for the analysis of doxycycline. The method includes direct charge transfer complexation of doxycycline withp-Bromanil in acetonitrileto form a colored complex. The intensely colored product formed was quantified based on the absorption band at 377 nm under optimum condition. Beer’s law is obeyed in the concentration range of 1–50 μg.mL-1 with molar absorptivity of 1.5725x104 L.mol-1.cm-1, Sandell's sensitivity index (0.0283) μg.cm-2, detection limit of 0.1064 μg.mL-1, quantification limit 0.3224 μg.mL-1 and association constant of the formed complex (0.75x103).          A spectrophotometric reliable, rapid and sensitive method has been developed and validated for  the determination Ketotifen fumarate  . A method was described for the determination of Ketotifen Fumarate  in pure form or pharmaceutical formulations, a colored ion-pair complex formation reaction among ketotifen fumarate and acid-dye bromophenol blue at pH 3.0 was used for the colorimetric determination of the drug. Due to the religious and economic significance, Al-Kadhimiya city (inside the metropolitan range of Baghdad) was chosen as study area. The data gathering stage was separated into two branches: the questionnaire method which is utilized to estimate the traffic volumes for the chosen roads and field data collection method which included video recording and manual counting for the volumes entering the selected signal intersections. This topic has recently received an increased amount of attention.  The objective of this study is to evaluate the demographical, anthropometrical, nutritional, and  haematological status of E. vermicularis infection among children. This study was conducted in Al Diwaniyah province, south of Iraq, for the period of October 2020 to the end of January 2021. The quality of groundwater in the Al-Hawija area was assessed using a water quality index. Data of nine physico-chemical parameters of 28 groundwater wells were used to calculate the water quality index (WQI). A heterogeneous water quality was reported, where in close proximity to the Lesser Zab River (LZR), it has low WQI values and permissible for human consumptions due to the dilution processes by fresh water; whereas, it becomes deteriorated in areas located far away the river. The values of WQI ranges from 22 to 336, indicating a good to very poor groundwater quality.

The aim of the present research is concerned with study the effect of UV radiation on the optical properties at wavelengths 254, 365 nm of pure PC and anthracene doping PC films prepared using the cast method for different doping ratio 10-60 mL. Films of pure PC and anthracene doping PC were aged under UV radiation for periods of up to 360 h. It found that the effect of UV radiation at wavelength 254 nm on the optical properties is great than the effect of UV radiation at wavelength 365 nm. Also, it found that the optical energy gap of pure PC and anthracene doping PC films is stable against radiation.
