In the present paper we report the synthesis of a new ligand [HL][(2-1-[(2-hydroxy-benzylidene)-hydrazono]-ethyl) benzene-1, 3, 5-triol and its complexes with (Mn", Fe", Cd", and Hg") The ligand was prepared in two steps. In the first step a solution of salicylaldehyed in methanol reacted under reflux with hydrazinemonohydrate to give an intermediate compound which reacted in the second step with 2, 4, 6-trihydroxidernonohydrate giving the tientioned ligand. Econazole nitrate (EN) is considered as the most effective agent for the treatment of all forms of dermatomycosis caused by dernatophytes. It was formulated as a topical solution in our laboratories. This study was designed to evaluate the effectiveness of Econazol Nitrate in the prepared formula and compared with that of commercial brand, Pevaryl®. A total of 104 patient suffering from dermatomycoses were involved in this investigation. Denture cleansing is an essential step that can stop cross‑contamination and adds to the health of the patient, denture durability, and the general quality of life. A disinfection technique must be practical and devoid of damaging effects on the material's properties used to construct the denture base. The main aim of this study is to evaluate the effect of three concentrations of electrolyzed water denture cleanser on heat cure acrylic and polyamide after immersion in electrolyzed water. The evaluation is based on their efficacy on surface hardness, wettability, and color stability compared with one submerged in distilled water as a control group. The method consists of eighty samples of heat-cured acrylic and polyamide material.
