The research aims to explore the difficulties that encounter teaching geography of cities as perceived by female students. A total of (113) third stage female students / Geography Dept / college of education for women were chosen as a sample for the study. To collect the required data, a questionnaire was used as an instrument; it consisted of six parts represent teaching difficulties. It was a three-point Likert scale instrument with 1 signifying ‘main difficulty, 2 ‘sub-difficulty, and 3 ‘no difficult'. The neutron flux in this paper, which is generated as a result of γ incineration of the radioactive fisssion products isotopes has been evaluated .It is obvious from this paper that the neutron flux value depends on the number of incineration nuclei and the nuclear cross-section of the incinerated isotopes, and the neutron flux is directly dependent on γ-ray flux. The neutron flux increases from 1010to 1017n/s.gm as the irradiation flux increases from 1016to 1020 γ/cm2.s. It is concluded that the γ-incineration technique can be used to produce a switchable neutron source of high flux.

Thin films of cadmium sulphoselenide (CdSSe) have been prepared by a thermal evaporation method on glass substrate, and with pressure of 4x10-5 mbar. The optical constants such as (refractive index n, dielectric constant ?i,r and Extinction coefficient ?) of the deposition films were obtained from the analysis of the experimental recorded transmittance spectral data. The optical band gap of (CdSSe) films is calculate from (?h?)2 vs. photon energy curve. CdSSe films have a direct energy gap, and the values of the energy gap were found to increase when increasing annealing temperature. The band gap of the films varies from 1.68 – 2.39 eV.

Thirty uropathogenic E. coli isolates were isolated from hospitalized and non hospitalized patients, complaining of urinary tract infections, of Al-Kadhymia Teaching Hospital and subjected to tRNA extraction. A method of tRNA extraction was modified by adding sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) instead of urea. Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and two methods of staining, ethidium bromide staining and silver staining, as well as spectrophotometric detection were used.
