The value of time out as a time not count of official time form the game like four periods and extra time also it considered a great interest if used well thru the game , the importance of this problem is not using well the time out and when the coach ask for time out and how to invest this time legally to make good results also there is no observing system as the researcher see gives the reality image that the coach is successful lead the game when he takes time out . The goals of research that knowing on numbers of time out for excellent teams in Iraq (first &second) stages and putting special inventory reverse reality of asking time out (positive &negative) on playing basketball , the hypothesis of research that tell the time out effect positively on playing especially ( second stage ) . The researcher used description method in surving style , the sample were 9 teams after qualifiers from 23 teams from excellent degrees 2009 , the researcher put inventory to value the effect time out on playing , there is several conclusions ( not invest time out un taken properly in two stages from coaches in excellent league were numbered 248 from 621 , and there is negative effect on playing in basketball for second stage that held in Baghdad also here is no continues valuation of time effect on playing because there is no observation sheet for coaches.

This study was aimed to investigate the effect of an herbal new compound, called artemisinin, derived from a Chinese plant called Artemisia annua. ... Show MoreEnterotoxin of Vibrio cholerae was extracted by cooling centrifuge at 6.000 rpm for 30 minntes. and filtrated by using milipore filter (0.22 ?m). The effect of crude enterotoxin on phagocytosis was studied by measuring the phagocytic index for 20 blood sample which were collected from healthy people and treated with enterotoxin in addition to control samples. From the results we found that phagocytic index of blood sample which were treated with enterotoxin was 42.9% while the phagocytic index of control blood samples was 64%. This means that there is a negative effect for the enterotoxin resulted from vibrio choleaa on the activity of phagocytic index.
This paper set forth the spatial suitability of the informal settlement supposed to be distributed by the Iraqis government to poor people. The Iraqi government identified 9 locations of informal settlement in Baghdad city and acceptance it as a reality as a help for them to getting home. The study intends to explore the obstacles that encounter a program of rehabilitating released prisoners as perceived by prisoners themselves in tubas' province. To this end, the researcher used a questionnaire as an instrument which was applied on (150) prisoner had chosen randomly to collect the study data. The findings revealed no significant differences among obstacles the encounter program regarding to the following variables: age, detention period, and number of detention, additionally, the findings found that there is a variance of obstacles mean according to the prisoners themselves, rehabilitation program, and the facility of that program.
