The purpose of this study is to examine the opinions of students who study at Balıkesir University Faculty of Sports Sciences against violence and misconduct in sport and to determine their level of interest in sporty events. Students studying at Balıkesir University Faculty of Sport Sciences participated in the research in the 2020-2021 academic year. A total of 385 students, 50.4% (n=194) male and 49.6% (n=191) female, participated in the research. A questionnaire developed by Şeker (2011) was used to determine the views of the students participating in the research on violence and undesirable behaviors in sports. This paper interest to estimation the unknown parameters for generalized Rayleigh distribution model based on censored samples of singly type one . In this paper the probability density function for generalized Rayleigh is defined with its properties . The maximum likelihood estimator method is used to derive the point estimation for all unknown parameters based on iterative method , as Newton – Raphson method , then derive confidence interval estimation which based on Fisher information matrix . Finally , testing whether the current model ( GRD ) fits to a set of real data , then compute the survival function and hazard function for this real data.
