Three cohesionless free flowing materials of different density were mixed in an air fluidized bed to study the mixing process by calculating performance of mixing index according to Rose equation (1959) and to study the effect of four variables (air velocity, mixing time, particle size of trace component and concentration of trace component) on the mixing index and as well as on mixing performance. The objective of this work is to study the influence of end milling cutting process parameters, tool material and geometry on multi-response outputs for 4032 Al-alloy. This can be done by proposing an approach that combines Taguchi method with grey relational analysis. Three cutting parameters have been selected (spindle speed, feed rate and cut depth) with three levels for each parameter. One of these slabs was the control specimen, whereas, in the others, steel angles (steel collars) were used, fixed at the connection region between the slab and the column to investigate the effect of the presence of these collars on punching shear strength.        Modification of gas chromatographic technique for the separation and determination of methyl ethoy silane compounds which were synthesized by the addition of absolute ethanol to methyl chlorosilane compounds have been elaborated experimentally.  The addition of absolute dry ethanol to methyl chlorosilane compounds in the presence of a dry stream of nitrogen gas led to sweep out the liberated HCl gas.
