Abstract Lateral Epicondylitis (LE) which has been referred to as the Tennis Elbow as well is a lesion affecting common tendinous origins of wrist extensors due to chronic overuse injury that results in damaging common extensor tendons which join forearm extensor muscles to humerus. The aim of the present evidence-based clinical statement is reviewing scientific evidences for efficacy of a variety of the rehabilitation methods, chronic lateral epicondylitis management. It is focused upon treating chronic lateral epicondylitis and the latest developments in physiotherapy area for managing chronic lateral epicondylitis. Due to the fact that primary physical impairments in the LE are decreased is the strength of the grip, fundamentally due to the pain and motor weaknesses, there is a necessity in designing successful program of rehabilitation that is focused upon the physical impairments and not just the symptoms. Which is why, the main aim of the successful management of the condition is electrotherapy and therapeutic exercise, focusing upon the reduction of the pain at the initial stage and later on enhances the functional outcome. The latest advances in the therapeutic approaches such as the manipulations, sports taping had shown good evidences in LE rehab that mainly focuses on the reduction of the pain. Pain reduction in the early stages is helpful in the process of recovery due to the fact that it motivates client to carry on with the physical therapy. Which is why, the latest advancements in the physical therapy with some approaches such as the manipulation, soft tissue release have good clinical evidences in LE management in addition to other musculo-skeletal conditions.
Zygnematales an order of green algae in Shaqlawa District Erbil, Kurdistan Region, Iraq, has been studied in eighteen sites, distributed between twelve springs and six along the streams within Shaqlawa district from September2019 to August2020. A total of 116 species belonging to 9 genera were identified. The most dominant genera included Spirogyra and Cosmarium (31, 30) taxa respectively. Out of them, 30 species were recorded for the first time in Iraq. The current study aims to assess the effectiveness of the cognitive-behavioral programs in reducing stuttering and social anxiety among high-school students. The researchers used the experimental design. The sample consists of (20) male students who reported the highest score on the stuttering severity scale and social anxiety scale. The sample was divided into experimental and control groups (each group consists of 10 participants). The study aims to identify the impact of human activities on the Tigris River, so an area free of human activities was chosen and represented the first site. In this work, the electrostatic probe was utilized to estimate the density of electrons for plasma generated around reentry vehicles that have a geometrically blunt nose at high-altitude. The thermocouple uses to measured electron temperature, which is equal to the temperature of the gas, on board the MAC spacecraft. In the spacecraft backflow field, electrostatic probe measurements were taken at five separate regions 1 to 5 cm from the body of the spacecraft. Over an altitude range of 90 to 50 km with an electron density of 108 to 1012 1/cm3, respectively.
