Beside increasing in prevalence- also poor glucose control. Nutrition plays a critical role. This paper narratively review variables that affect  reduce the incidence of T2DM in Iraq and affect nutritional status among Iraqi withT2DM. The factors contribute  to T2DM were high rates of obesity and overweight, as well as levels of body fat indicate a high prevalence of poor glycemic control. Likewise, levels of physical activity are low among older Iraqis.

Levan is an exopolysaccharide produced by various microorganisms and has a variety of applications. In this research, the aim was to demonstrate the biological activity of levan which produced from B. phenoliresistens KX139300. These were done via study the antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anticancer and antileishmanial activities in vitro. The antioxidant levan was shown 80.9% activity at 1250 µg/mL concentration. The efficient anti-inflammatory activity of 88% protein inhibition was noticed with levan concentration at 35 µg/mL. Current study aimed to investigate the Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) in nasal
secretion and throat swab samples of hospitalized patients with symptoms of
respiratory tract infection using Immunofluorescence test. Previously these samples
were tested for Respiratory Syncytial Virus infection by reverse transcriptase-PCR
assay. The positive samples were tested by Immunofluorescence assay in monolayer
confluent of Hep 2 cell line. The results showed that the positive samples using the
RT-PCR test were positive in this test. These results reveal that Immunofluorescence
test is sensitive method for detection the infection with RSV.

Background: Cigarette smoking is an important risk factor that has a clear strong association with the prevalence and severity of chronic periodontitis (CP). Salivary biochemical parameters may be affected by both smoking and CP together. Materials and methods: Eighty systematically healthy male patients were included in this study.
