The digital dermatoglyphics were studied in 120 females derived from northern region of Iraq (60 Arabs and 60 Kurds). Two kinds of analyses were perfomed : Quantitative and Qualtative. The unilateral and bilateral analyses for dermal ridge counts in each digital and the overall did not reveal any significant difference when t-test was used. A high correlation coefficients were revealed in this study between homologous and adjacent digits, moreover, significant differences were revealed between Arabian and Kurdish samples in both analyses when Fisher Z transform test was used, but the significant differences in the bilateral analysis exceed the ones in the unilateral. This indicates the importance of the former analysis in detecting the variation between racial samples. The frequancy distribution for total and absolute ridge counts reveal that fem~ales of Kurdish sample have a ·narrow rang as comparied with that of Arabs. The qualitative analysis showed that fetnales of Arabs sample have low frequancies of digital patterns( arches, radial and ulnar loops), but higher frequancy of whorls as compared with that of Kurdish sample. A significant difference was found between both samples in the number of digital patterns, (x2 = 11.680, d. f =3, P<0.01).

In this paper, the Reliability Analysis with utilizing a Monte Carlo simulation (MCS) process was conducted on the equation of the collapse potential predicted by ANN to study its reliability when utilized in a situation of soil that has uncertainty in its properties. The prediction equation utilized in this study was developed previously by the authors. This study aims to determine the extent to which Palestinian elites use digital diplomacy to confront the Israeli narrative by exploring the motives for usage, patterns, essential digital diplomatic tools, and achieved satisfactions.
