Therefore the prophet was very keen to find Islamic system which ensures justice and availability of foundations of establishing pillars of the Islamic state. The Islamic Sharia has set the rules of financial inspection and it has had dawawin which implemented financial effective control on state’s funds and protecting it against tampering and loss. In addition, there was self-control due to the deep Islamic faith. In spite of the many differences between Islamic financial and administrative systems and the modern states at that time, but the use of dawawin for example bait al-mal, crisis diwan, correspondence and reviews diwan, al- muhtasib diwan in addition to internal control systems tightened the control on bait al-mal resources. Each one has its important role in achieving balance between the incomes and outcomes with the aim at protecting the public fund from theft and tampering. That the imposition of Islamic financial control procedures at all stages of the collection of revenues and spending to reach the target, verify and impose tight control on the performance of employees and the procedures followed and controls are still applied in modern control systems.
Pigeons have accompanied humans since ancient time because they are used as a source of food, pets, hobby, and religious symbols. Pigeons have shown high prevalence rate of infection with gastrointestinal helminths and protozoan. This study was conducted to evaluate the prevalence of parasitic infections in the domestic pigeon (Columba livia domestica) from October, 2017 to April, 2018, purchased from bird market of Zakho City, Kurdistan region. The purpose of this analytical study is to showcase how Russia Today and U.S Alhurra channels addressed the Palestinian Cause between the periods of mid-2014 and mid-2015. In addition, the study aims to highlight the “significance levels” of the Palestinian Cause in both channels.
The study is based on a rigorous survey methodology adopted by the researcher and based on the content analysis of Russia Today’s “Panorama” talk show and Alhurra’s “Free Hour show”.

This research work aims to the determination of molybdenum (VI) ion via the formation of peroxy molybdenum compounds which has red-brown colour with absorbance wave length at 455nm for the system of ammonia solution-hydrogen peroxide-molybdenum (VI) using a completely newly developed microphotometer based on the ON-Line measurement.
