The long history of regional and other conflicts which their severity increased because of appearance of modern states and cultural and lingual ancient differences resulted in deep feeling of doubt and suspicion between Iran and its Arab neighbors .Meanwhile the two sides have several interests common points , the moist important is the strategic and commercial interests . The researcher aims to  detect the emotive equanimity in kindergartens teachers,also to uncover the anxiousness in children of kindergartens,then to detect the relationship between them,then to choose the simple random way which is about(180) teachers and children,when the twore searchers made two tools to measure the emotive equanimity and the anxiety for both teachers and children,statistical methods had been used include:(pearsons correlation coefficient,t-test for one sample,t-test for two independent samples are individuals).the researcher led to multiple results:

1-the teacher has an emotive equanimity.

2-children has no anxiousness.

     The paper shows how to estimate the three parameters of the generalized exponential Rayleigh distribution by utilizing the three estimation methods, namely, the moment employing estimation method (MEM), ordinary least squares estimation method (OLSEM),  and maximum entropy estimation method (MEEM). The simulation technique is used for all these estimation methods to find the parameters for the generalized exponential Rayleigh distribution. In this research study the synodic month for the moon and their
relationship with the mean anomaly for the moon orbit and date A.D
and for long periods of time (100 years), we was design a computer
program that calculates the period of synodic months, and the
coordinates of the moon at the moment of the new moon with high
accuracy. During the 100 year, there are 1236 period of synodic
months.
We found that the when New Moon occurs near perigee (mean
anomaly = 0°), the length of the synodic month at a minimum.
Similarly, when New Moon occurs near apogee (mean anomaly =
180°), the length of the synodic month reaches a maximum. The
