Current research aimed at measurement of management of emotional among counselors and  knowledge of emotions management according to the variables of sex and length of service with counselors.

The Scale applied to a sample of basic research, amounting to (300) counselors.

1- That counselors have administration emotional.

2- There are no differences in the management of emotional statistically significant according to the variable (gender).

The study aims to identify the relationship between forgiveness and social intelligence among elementary school students. The study employed a descriptive analytical approach, whereby a total of (500) elementary school student were selected randomly regarding the variable of gender and economical status. Two scales were prepared: one to measure the forgiveness depending on Albort’s theory that consist of (20) item, and the other to measure the social intelligence according to Tony’s theory which composed of (20) item as well. This study aimed to measure the innovative thinking and cognitive cessation among university students. The sample consisted of (400) male and female students at al Mustansiriya University for the academic year (2018/2019). The results of the study showed that there are differences in innovative thinking and cognitive inhibition according to the gender variable in favor of males. There is a positive relationship between innovative thinking and cognitive inhibition. In light of these findings, the researcher presented a set of conclusions and recommendations.

his research aims to identify fear of missing out on opportunities among university students in terms of gender and specialization (scientific and humanities). To achieve this objective, the researchers adopted the fear of missing out on opportunities scale developed by Subhi Hamid and Issa Al-Daghistani(2023). The scale, in its final form, consisted of 10 items. The researchers confirmed the psychometric properties of the scale. This study aimed to develop scale of Selectiv Mutism with pupils of primary schools  according to their teachers' view in Baghdad city (Karh and Resaf(.

Children might choose the mutism as the solution to avoid some psychological and social problems that surrounded them. Furthermore, this could consider as a disorder that could effect the child and led him to use the Selected Mutism.

This is supported by the pilot study which was conducted by the researcher on 150 teachers in different primary schools in Baghdad. The results revealed some symptoms were found with children who have selected mutism.

Because of there was no scale was found to measure the Selected Mutism, a scale was develop in order to measure t
