This study aims at identifying the problems facing the students teachers in the department of Science Computer in the College of Education for Women in Baghdad University during their application in the Schools and their attitudes Towards teaching before and after the application the sample Consists of the Fourth year Students Who did teach in Baghdad (75 Students) The data have been dealt with statistically by using chi – Square, the relative percentage Weight, Person's Correlation Coefficient and the t – test.
After analyzing the results, it has been Shown that the Following are the most important problems :-
1. limitedness of the period of application.
2. Insufficiency of the hours specified for the Computer.
3. Insufficiency of the Computers in the School.
4. Inter ference of both the headmasters and the teacher of the Subject in the method of teaching Followed by the Student teacher.
5. Insufficiency of the Visits before the application.
As for the attitudes, it has been Found that the students' attitudes were better after the application than befor it.
In the Light of Such results, the researcher has reached into the Following recommendations:-
Giving priority to Solve the problems Which were Considered more important by the sample in the questionnaire.
Enlightening the Schools managements of the importance of the application.

Based on the diazotization-coupling reaction, a new, simple, and sensitive spectrophotometric method for determining of a trace amount of (BPF) is presented in this paper. Diazotized metoclopramide reagent react with bisphenol F produces an orange azo-compound with a maximum absorbance at 461 nm in alkaline solution. The experimental parameters were optimized such as type of alkaline medium, concentration of NaOH, diazotized metoclopramide amount, order additions, reaction time, temperature, and effect of organic solvents to achieve the optimal performance for the proposed method. Diabetic retinopathy is one of most important complications of diabetes mellitus that can be treated by Nd:YAG laser. Laser is used in ophthalmic practice for photocoagulation and photodisruption. The purpose of this study is to evaluate changes in immunological ,hematological and biochemical values after treatment of diabetic retinopathy by laser. A mixture of 0.25 ml of Hanks solution, 0.25 ml of serum, 0.25 ml of Candida albicans suspension and 0.25 ml of PMNs suspension was prepared. The samples of mixture of PMNs and Candida were subdivided in 1 ml ependrof tubes and irradiated to He-Ne laser for 1, 3, 5, 10 and 20 min. The diameter of the irradiated area was 0.8 cm. The current study was conducted for studying the impact of cold plasma on the expression level of three genes that participate in the biosynthesis of the phenylpropanoid pathway in Ocimum basilicum. These studied genes were cinnamate 4-hydroxylase (c4h), 4-coumarate CoA ligase (4cl), and eugenol O-methyl transferase (eomt). Also, the cold plasma impact was studied on the essential oil components and their relation with the gene expression level.
