The study aims to identify the relationship between forgiveness and social intelligence among elementary school students. The study employed a descriptive analytical approach, whereby a total of (500) elementary school student were selected randomly regarding the variable of gender and economical status. This study aimed to develop scale of Selectiv Mutism with pupils of primary schools  according to their teachers' view in Baghdad city (Karh and Resaf(.

Children might choose the mutism as the solution to avoid some psychological and social problems that surrounded them. Furthermore, this could consider as a disorder that could effect the child and led him to use the Selected Mutism.

This is supported by the pilot study which was conducted by the researcher on 150 teachers in different primary schools in Baghdad. The results revealed some symptoms were found with children who have selected mutism.

Human beings are under the threat of the environment they are living in. With the course of time, they seriousness of this threat and its effect in changing their life . The most common threat that human beings might pass through is the trauma which is commonly bound with wars. The greater trauma that human beings might have is the threatening sudden facing or death facing. Consequently there would be disorder especially War disorder. This Phenomenon is clearly observed in Iraqi society as Iraq has been passing through continuous wars and disasters namely during and after the American Invasion. This study aims at exploring primary school pupils' understanding of
the meaning of lexical items and language structures. The study sample
consists of 40 second year primary school pupils. The results reveal that
the percentage of the pupils'. Understanding of the meaning of lexical items
is 72.7% that of language structures "verbal and nominal clauses" is 82.3%
and that of language structures "negative, interrogative, vocative, reference
and prepositions" is 86.5%. The study also reveals that there is no
statistically significant difference between the achievement of male pupils
and that of females.

What we observe from the weakness of the students in some of different subjects may be due to that students are learning these traditional methods and competing to acquire the mark, and attain their teachers' interest ,then their only aim becomes the academicsuccess, and this is whatcontradicts the modern educational philosophy.

          Education needs to be providing it with new ideas and methodologies toprepare an emerging demonstrated scientific reason to distance them from the tradition and indoctrination that do not create generations able to address theexpected problems.
