وللتحقق  من هدف البحث  صيغت الفرضية الصفرية الاتية:

• لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى (0.05 ) بين متوسط درجات طالبات المجموعة التجريبية التي درست وفقا لاستراتيجية (تنال القمر ) ومتوسط درجات طالبات المجموعة الضابطة التي درست على وفق الطريقة الاعتيادية في مقياس مهارات ما وراء المعرفة .

ولأجل التحقق من صحة هذه الفرضية اجرت الباحثة  تجربة استغرقت الفصل الدراسي

The research aims to identify: 1-Designing a test to measure the movement compatibility of the eye and the leg for the students of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, Samarra University. 2-Codification (setting scores and standard levels) for the results of the motor compatibility test for the eye and the leg for students of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, Samarra University. The current research aims to identify the time-management skills based on the post-test of the experimental group as well as to examine the effect of a training program on developing the skills of managing time among the study sample. To achieve the research objectives, the researcher designed a scale of time management skill included (30) paragraphs. The research reached that the training program is significantly effective in managing and organizing time. There are statistically significant differences in pre-posttest between the experimental and control groups.

The problem of the current paper is embodied in the weakness of the female students
of the department of the Quran sciences in the college of Education for Women in the
